Pavel Morozov has significant experience in Russia’s government and business worlds. While working in the State Duma, the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation and the Government of Russia (2001-2007), he was responsible for strategic communications and various stakeholder engagement projects. During the last five years Pavel has extensively developed personal practice in government relations and lobbying providing services for businesses on regional, national and international levels. He focuses on regulatory affairs, crisis management and reputation management. Pavel holds a degree from the Moscow University of International Relations (MGIMO).

Mikhail Skibin has substantial experience in managing international business projects, government relations and public relations' campaigns in Russia, the CIS and the Baltic states. He is very familiar with decision-making procedures, culture and nuances of business-government relations in the region. Mikhail has gained significant knowledge in reputation management analysis for government ventures and public procurement in Russia. He is very experienced in PR communications and working with the media industry, and has extensive contacts in the media, telecommunications and information technology sectors. Mikhail graduated from the Moscow State University of International Relations (MGIMO) and is an author of several articles and publications. He speaks Russian, English and French.
Nikolay Studenikin has a strong academic and consulting background, having worked extensively with political parties and government authorities throughout his career. He was the Deputy Director of the International Institute of Political Expertise (IIPE) and Executive Director of Public-Private Partnership Development Centre. Since 2005 he has worked as the Director of the Consulting Group, PROtekt. Nikolay also serves as the Vice President of the International Association of Business Communicators (Russian branch) in Moscow. He organised a number of original research projects in Russia & the CIS and is the author of more than 50 publications on Russian contemporary politics and communications. His most recent book "PR Protecting Business During Corporate Wars: The Winner's Guidebook" was published in 2011. He is the winner of the "PR on Pages of Russian Press" award for two consecutive years (2006 and 2007). Nikolay is an Associate Professor of Economic Policy and Public-Private Partnership Departments at the Moscow University of International Relations (MGIMO) and holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the Lomonosov Moscow State University.
Vyacheslav Leontyev is a Russian lawyer and Managing Partner at Leontyev & Partners in Moscow. He is as an expert for the Centre for the Promotion of Public-Private Partnerships and Chair of the Committee on Economic Security at the Managers' Association in Moscow. He specialises in corporate law and protection of business interests. He has worked on legal support for large business projects in Russia: settlement of corporate conflicts, business restructuring, transaction support, and development of corporate governance programmes.
